Iphone 16 pro is junk. Freezes constantly. Then won't let me restart it half the time.

Are they going to fix this? What a joke. My phone constantly freezes when trying to open apps including settings. Then it won't let me know shut down most of the time. It will then show the loading ring and shut down on its own or just force quit the app but then you go to open the app again and same thing. I need this phone for work and I can't use it for anything except texting. Does anybody have a fix?
