Apple Match Not Working

Up until 2 weeks ago I’ve had no issues with my Apple match, then beginning of the month for some reason it didn’t renew don’t know why, card was in date money in account but it didn’t renew. I’ve had to go and repurchase Apple Match and now nothing is syncing not my even my purchases are showing now on either my iPhone or iPad I’ve tried re authorising my pc multiple times, restarting my devices and pc multiple times, I’ve even disabled and readable d iCloud in preferences and nothing is working 99% of my music Library is from cd uploads, I’ve tried connecting my iPhone to my pc via usb and syncing that way and nothing I’m at the end of my tether with it
