HomePod music

So since the update when I sync music to two HomePods that are in different rooms, the one that I connect 2nd seems to stop playing in a middle of the song then resumes in the next song.

i have 5 HomePods and happens on all of them no matter witch one I am using.

this is so frustrating, seeing if anyone else is having issues with the ****** ios18!!!

HomePod plays the beginning of songs and then moves on to another song This does not happen all the time but it is becoming more frequent. I use Apple Music and when playing a playlist, the HomePod often plays the first few seconds of a song and then goes to another song and does it again. It is random in that there seems to be no patter with how many songs it does this for before playing a full song. Happens with both HomePod and minis. HomePod cutting off songs and rebeginning follow song This problems happened with HomePosOS 18. When I use my iPhone to let my HomePod (first gen) Stereo pair play an album unregularly the song stops a few seconds before it was ended, then there is a silcence for about 2 seconds, then the next song begins for about 1 second, it stops for 1 second and then it begins again and continues playing. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I hope it was fixed with HomePodOS 18.1 but it is not.

Why are my HomePods not syncing with Apple Music? I’ve seen a lot of people having troubles with ios18 and Apple Music. No one talk about playing on different HomePods and controlling them with the Apple Music App. They don’t sync or if they do, one stops in a while. You cannot tell your room HomePod to follow the music to another HomePod as they seem can’t find each other. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
