I'am unable to add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay

I'm having the same issue. The bank and the card issuer say there is no problem on their end. The weird thing is that they were two cards that I already had in my apple pay previously and working ok. But I deleted them, and then it is impossible to re add them... Please help

mine isn’t working either and I just had switched iPhones I’ve done all the steps

Turn your Apple wallet off and on Apple Cash off and on remove your cards and then put them back on restart phone. Make sure your location in your region. Language is set
