I can’t add a card to Apple Pay

Do you use or ever used a VPN on the iPhone? If so, delete the VPN and associated software. After removal, please do a forced restart. Follow the article below, it’s more than turning device off and on.

Once I restarts please reset network settings on the device.


Reset your network settings

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.


If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.


This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.


Once iPhone restarts, try adding a card.
