Unable to add a card to Apple Wallet

Do you use or ever used a VPN on the iPhone? If so, delete the VPN and associated software. After removal, please do a forced restart. Follow the article below, it’s more than turning device off and on.

Once I restarts please reset network settings on the device.

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Once iPhone restarts, try adding a card.

Please read the comments in the post I linked to below. Your issue is with the payment network (Visa, MasterCard etc.). Your bank will need to contact them and reprovision the card. This will enable the card to be added to the network and Apple Wallet.

On 17.3 all was good, but is was happen after I reset phone and fresh instal 17.4

I also contacted the bank, from their side everything is fine

I don’t use vpn, use or my WiFi or my phone internet… I try complet reset 2 time my phone and clean instal 17.4… same problem
