How can I reset my Apple ID password?

I have requested my apple ID password to be re-set multiple times. Every time I receive the usual mail saying that I will receive a call or a text or an email on a certain date, and then i can procede. It never happens. I have never received any text / email / call. I´m absolutely fed up with this. There is nobody to call, there is no assitance anywhere. I have now requested for the FOURTH time.


Please can someone explain or assist in what i can do more. To actually speak to someone would be nice.

Did you keep your contact information up to date? Have you checked your junk mail folder?

Thanks for your reply Limnos. My junk folder is empty and my contact details are correct. This has been going on for long enough and I´m hugely frustrated. I understand that Apple are trying to keep my account secure, which is always a good thing - but when I receive multiple emails saying that my account will be re-set then i expect it to happen. It never happens. That is my problem.


Apple - can someone please please assist me, I shouldn´t have to do this, it´s ridiculous.
