How can I reset my Apple ID password?
I have requested my apple ID password to be re-set multiple times. Every time I receive the usual mail saying that I will receive a call or a text or an email on a certain date, and then i can procede. It never happens. I have never received any text / email / call. I´m absolutely fed up with this. There is nobody to call, there is no assitance anywhere. I have now requested for the FOURTH time.
Please can someone explain or assist in what i can do more. To actually speak to someone would be nice.
