Battery runtime drop after 17.6.1 update

My iOS17.6 gave me really good battery , but now I have updated to 17.6.1 been 12 hours since updated and battery is draining much faster is it just an aftermath of update or its a bug within update itself ?

I've updated to 17.6.1 yesterday and battery drain is really very significant usually after watching youtube for 30 mins my phone used to drain like 2 percentage but now it drops from 80 to 70 for around 30 mins of video
