I was trying to turn on Apple Cash but I forgot my Apple ID password, however every time I click on “forgot password” it scans my face and then nothing happens. It is not just this but also when I try to remove devices from my Apple ID as well as when I go into “sign in and security” to change my password, and the same thing happens. I am angry. Someone please help.

I just tested the link and it works fine. Try restarting your browser. Or right/control click on the link, select "Copy Link" and then pasted it into the URL box.
