My iPhone has been Compromised

My passcode and password had been changed. Ive been dealing with this person for almost a year, but could never get any help. I had found an app called xcode in my accessories settings along with my other apps. I researched it and found it was an app used by developers. And that tol me that my hacker knows programming code. Which explained alot. My settings were always being changed, and a lot of settings would disappear altogether. I believe this person somehow accessed my phone either by wifi or bluetooth. He even added a hotspot that i was unable to delete or even access. Yesterday i tried changing my password, only to find that it had been changed. Same with my passcode. I couldnt contact my contacts on messages nor could I call my family. This same person also charged over $400 in apple who knows what, apple was kind enough to reimburse me. Everytime I reset my phone, it never really resets. I wipe it completely, but all the data is still there. One reset took my service. When i finally got it back on 2 weeks later there was another esim added.

this time, again Im without service, apps that ive never had are there with data attached. I cant make phone calls, im unable to use messages, and this hacker keeps changing my settings like find my device, share my location, sny way to get back in. I stop him, only to find hes found another way in, and changed settings back to where its easy to get back in. The list of what he has done is to long. But last week I found a deleted voicemail that i never saw stating it was a loan company asking for documentation for the $55,000 loan I applied for! So can someone please tell me how i can contact apple support without phone service and my text messages being blocked from me? Im disabled and have no way of getting anywhere and now of calling anyone! Could use some help here y'all...

Securing your iPhone:

A. About a Hacked iPhone:

Unfortunately, there is no way to determine if it has been hacked, unless you know that it has been jailbroken. And, the only way for an iPhone to have hacked is if it has been jailbroken.

How was this result?

B. Reset your iPhone to Factory Settings:

Having tampered with this app, then reset you iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Go here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Perform as instructed there, including the backup creation and iCloud logout.

"Ive done that 4 times. A full factory reset. Each time all the data is still on my phoe. E When i delete apps, i delete them completely, but they wont completely delete, i only have the option of getting them back with all the data still on them. Iknow how to use the iphone, when I go to privacy and security to do a safety check, it tells me its unable to stop sharing in health, notes , maps, and a couple other apps. Ive never shared anything with anyone on this phone. There are 3 calendars on my phone that it says Im subscribedto. Ive never subscribed to any of them. There's no option to unsubscribe. Ive never used the calendar app. Theres so much more, the list is so long."

Secure you Apple ID and Other Accounts...

Troubleshooting Compromised eMail Account:

You can only have one iCloud eMail account. So, create an alias, as an alternative. Go Here: Add and Manage eMail Aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Troubleshooting a Hacked Account:

I. Getting In to your Apple Account:

You need to get into your Apple Account. So, contact Apple Support. If you have a hacked iCloud account, then ask the Apple Rep if they can help you add Two-Factor Authentication. Ask them to assist you with changing your password to what it should be. Important: Perform a trial-&-error login session, prior to ending the call.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

II. Secure your Info:

If concerned for device access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

III. Report Items to Apple:

So, report phone call's and messages info to Apple and modify. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip
