"My passcode and password had been changed.: [...]Everytime I reset my phone, it never really resets. I wipe it completely, but all the data is still there. One reset took my service. When i finally got it back on 2 weeks later there was another esim added.[...]"

A. About a Hacked iPhone:

Unfortunately, there is no way to determine if it has been hacked, unless you know that it has been jailbroken. And, the only way for an iPhone to have hacked is if it has been jailbroken.

How was this result?

B. Reset your iPhone to Factory Settings:

Having tampered with this app, then reset you iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Go here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Perform as instructed there, including the backup creation and iCloud logout.

"Ive done that 4 times. A full factory reset. Each time all the data is still on my phoe. E When i delete apps, i delete them completely, but they wont completely delete, i only have the option of getting them back with all the data still on them. Iknow how to use the iphone, when I go to privacy and security to do a safety check, it tells me its unable to stop sharing in health, notes , maps, and a couple other apps. Ive never shared anything with anyone on this phone. There are 3 calendars on my phone that it says Im subscribedto. Ive never subscribed to any of them. There's no option to unsubscribe. Ive never used the calendar app. Theres so much more, the list is so long."

Troubleshooting Compromised eMail Account:

You can only have one iCloud eMail account. So, create an alias, as an alternative. Go Here: Add and Manage eMail Aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Troubleshooting a Hacked Account:

I. Getting In to your Apple Account:

You need to get into your Apple Account. So, contact Apple Support. If you have a hacked iCloud account, then ask the Apple Rep if they can help you add Two-Factor Authentication. Ask them to assist you with changing your password to what it should be. Important: Perform a trial-&-error login session, prior to ending the call.

• Proceed from there, as necessary
• Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

II. Secure your Info:

If concerned for device access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

III. Report Items to Apple:

So, report phone call's and messages info to Apple and modify. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

Your device has not been hacked, nor can it be controlled remotely. If you factory reset the device, no data will remain. It’s possible that your Apple ID was compromised. See, If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Thank you bc I have been dealing with some issues. Nothing compared to some of the others I have heard but a few similar issues and and this info has let me know what I can do now or in the future if something comes up. Ty
