What to do when Apple Cash Peer to Peer payments are pending?

For some reason Apple Cash Peer To Peer went haywire on Tuesday. Known family and friends all had payments pending for unknown reason to each other, we called and created a case. Now my girlfriend and I have been put into account locked then graduated to account restricted with no explanation. I’ve been through this before for a small period (hour) but my gosh days of poor service. All from requesting $100 from known family member and then there faulty system their support staff could not figure out glitch put us into a this terrible situation where money needs to be revived yet we are stuck while they review honestly nothing dollar wise and nothing out of normal. I used to endorse this payment method as the best. Now it’s backfiring and disappointing, no accountability on their side
