visual lookup not working on iphone 15 pro

New iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.5.1. Visual Lookup for plants, pets, etc. not available in Photos. I also have a 6th generation iPad mini with same OS. No Visual Lookup there either.

What am I missing?
