Visual lookup not working

In Photos for my plants photos visual lookup is not working fully. I get the lookup plant message and when I press it, it takes me into help rather than information on the plant. This occurs for plants that have been identified and those that haven’t. My iPhone is a SE 3rd generation

visual lookup was working now its not i had visual lookup working for a while after the update, and it was cool. now out of nowhere it stopped working and my phone doesnt really recognize the object in my photos anymore, although when i search for something like “cat” or “flower” i see photos of them, so how is this happening and how can i fix it? (i have iphone 12 which supports the most recent ios version)

visual lookup not working on iphone 15 pro New iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.5.1. Visual Lookup for plants, pets, etc. not available in Photos. I also have a 6th generation iPad mini with same OS. No Visual Lookup there either. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hello~ Have you force restarted your iPhone?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Also try Setting>>Search >>Show Related Content and make sure that it's turned on.

Hi. Settings are setup as per instructions and force restarting didn’t fix it.
