app tracking setting greyed out because apple id age information is missing

My apple id includes my birthday and year (1951) but yet the "tracking" setting for apps is greyed and not accessable because it says, "This setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information."

This issue just started a couple of days ago. Is this a glitch? Or, where do I fix this?

Please advise.
