How can I get it to let me track apps says Apple ID is missing age information I put birthday when created id

app tracking setting greyed out because apple id age information is missing My apple id includes my birthday and year (1951) but yet the "tracking" setting for apps is greyed and not accessable because it says, "This setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information." This issue just started a couple of days ago. Is this a glitch? Or, where do I fix this? Please advise.

Trying to turn on my "Allow Apps to Request to Track" but it is greyed out Trying to turn on my "Allow Apps to Request to Track" but it is greyed out and says "this setting cannot be changed becuse your Apple ID is missing age information but when I go to my Apple ID personal setttings my birthday is in there as 8/17/83, I've even tried updating it to a different date saving and changing back, I've tried logging out of my Apple ID and back in, updated to latest software....nothing is working HALP [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Allow App Tracking I cannot toggle the Tracking App to "on" as everything is grayed out because of an issue with my Apple ID birthdate. My birthdate is correct and I'm in my late 50's so well past the age of 18!

I’m having the same problem. It was fine a month ago but now I can’t use Facebook to login to any app because it won’t let me turn on tracking. My birthday is listed with my Apple ID. Plenty old enough. I was hoping to login here to find a solution. I’ve already updated my iOS and turned it on and off again.
