Mail doesn't work after 17.5 upgrade

I stupidly upgraded my iPhone 14 to 17.5 I should've waited I know it, but now my mail does not display. And it doesn't matter if it's Gmail or spectrum, or my work email none of them will display it is just blank. Once in a while they finally will load but then they are gone again. If I try to delete one of them they don't delete it all they stay as new and I can't move anything to junk because those also just as new unread. There's no way to contact Apple unless you call which is so stupid because if there male program isn't working we should be able to notify them within the program app itself. I have tried multiple times restarting my phone I tried going in and toggling all my settings and I still cannot get it to work!

I searched online for hours to try to find a fix. I found a YouTube video that said go into settings, go to general, go to iPhone storage, then scroll down to Mail and click offload app. That fixed it for a minute but then it was back so I deleted the app and put it back on and it fixed the problem. BUT I saw Apple came out with an another update thought that maybe this would have been the fix so of course I upgraded! I sure thought they would've addressed it, but they didn't and now it's broken again! So this morning I had to go ahead and remove the app again from my phone and put it back on to fix the problem. And so far today it has worked great but I cannot believe that Apple has not addressed this issue considering millions of people are having it! Hopefully this helps fix yours too!

Sadly with work email you can only set it up through Mail on your iPhone because of the security features. So I can't get any work email because I can't have external 365 with the way that the hospital has the blocks in place. As for Gmail I can go through Google which really sucks and then for roadrunner it's set up through mail as well. Really makes it hard when you are running here and there for a 12 hour shift and you can't quickly see email. Don't have time to sit there and externally try to log into other programs and also just playing with it trying to get it to work it's just BS. If they don't hurry up and fix it I'm gonna just switch to an android

That is really going to depend on the work email. If your company use Exchange, you can use Outlook. Outlook will also handle Gmail.

I have worked for universities for years. I've always been able to add my work email accounts to both Outlook and Spark, my email program of choice.
