Safari not compatible with prime-video

I have tried all the methods suggested: Shift Safari, restarting, clearing cash and history. But I simply cannot play prime video. It started all of the sudden a couple of weeks ago.

I alway get this screen below. Is this a permanent glitch or is there a solution out there?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4

Since Amazon claims that they support using Safari for watching content, you will need to check with them why you are unable to use their service.

They direct you to try these options:

Here is also another article that explains the error which can occur on any device using any browser, so it does not appear to be specific to Safari.
