I updated my iPhone 13 Pro Max to iOS 17.4, I had 2 eSIM numbers in it working fine. After the update, they disappeared and also the ability to add eSIM, now I am using a physical sim but would like the option to add my eSIM back, apple escalated the issue to the engineers who are still investigating the matter, but I would like to know if anybody found a solution? My phone model number is MLKP3LL/A which supports eSIM

If you have an option for eSIM on your device then you will have EID. Please check if you have it.
