Important bug: Strange Reply-To fields in iOS 17.4 Mail

Ive noticed this too. I cant work out if it is the address from the last email in the list that i opened or the email directly above or below it in the list. It seems to fix itself if i jump from email to email really slowly, as in minutes apart not seconds. It is a display thing though because if i try to reply to the email it replies to the correct email in the from box and not the one in the reply to box. It even crosses email inboxes so if I’m in All Inboxes it’ll show the reply to address from a personal email list when i jump from a work one its a bit difficult to explain

Reproduction steps.

Open an email which has a reply to address.

Click back to your list of emails.

exit the mail app fully.

Send yourself a new email from another mail client .

Open the email app and click on the new email.

you will now see the bug where the reply to email address is the one from the original email you opened.
