The redeem gift card page just freezes with a loading on the bottom.

I have tried my phone and website (I don't have an iphone or mac) and if i type the number in wrong, it detects that fine but when i enter correct, first i don't see any submit button so I jut hit enter, then the loading spinner at the bottom runs forever.

this form made me select windows on mac, but i have ubuntu running chrome. Did same thing on my android phone also
