Issue with redeeming gift card

Every time I go on the app

store, today page, click profile and hit “redeem gift card” it takes me to a page that never loads.

unable to retrieve gift card

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card - Apple Support

If none of the suggestions work, make sure you didn't miss the last one about contacting Apple.
