Beats Studio Pro's mic is so low that folks on the other side can't hear me

My new beats studio pro is literally a listen-only device. The mic is so low that folks on the other side can't hear me. Please help.

Also, please don't repeat all the recommendations on this site because I've tried all of them all day long with no solution yet.

Beats Studio Pro Microphone on Windows When trying to use my new Beats Studio Pros with my windows 10 laptop, my coworkers said they could hardly hear me on a teams call. Thinking it may just be a teams thing, I poked around in settings and even tried and audio test. Turns out it’s hardly picking up my voice at any time and not just in teams. When comparing to the built in mic of the lap top I can see the level move when I speak, and nothing at all for the headphones. When on a call using my iPhone it seems to be fine, or good enough that the person can hear me. Any ideas? If it’s really that bad on a laptop I don’t know if I can keep these.

Beats Fit Pro Microphone Issue - far too much background noise Whenever using these headphones for calls, the background noise they pick up is far too much (even in noise cancellation mode). someone on the other end can hear a conversation 15 feet away that is like its right next to me. This is clearly a software fault (as they have noise cancellation), but I have the latest firmware (4E64). Has anyone found a fix for this?

Beats Fit Pro mic question Hello, I am having trouble with my new Beats Fit Pro. When connecting to a zoom meeting I can hear participants but they can not hear me when connected to my beats

I have the exact same problem, is there a fix for this or are Beats just junk Headphones. For the price point these should work perfectly between devices with zero issues.
