Hi kandacehudspeth,

If you haven't done so yet, reset your Beats with these steps: Reset your Beats Fit Pro - Apple Support

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. Leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Beats Fit Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.

Since running the latest software can help with overall performance, it's also a good idea to make sure the device you're using is on the latest software version. If you're using an iPhone or another Apple product for Zoom, review this article: Apple security updates - Apple Support

Next, check for an update for the Zoom app and install it.

If you need more help, reply with the answers to these questions.

  • Do you notice this behavior when using any other apps, such as FaceTime?
  • If you use a different set of headphones, does the same behavior occur?

Best regards.
