Apple Watch no longer responding to Siri

New series 9 iwatch. Has been working fine since Dec when it was purchased. Lastest update it seems Siri no longer responds to commands. Most of the time I don't get the swirling light at the bottom. Doesnt matter how I have it set in settings. I have restarted multiple times. Dirt in mic not an issue (removed case). Tried turning Siri on and off. Checked for other apps using mic. Seems to have started with last update. Found another post on here from someone with todays date (2/19/24) with exactly the same problem. Sometimes after I restart it the text I say will display on screen but never responds to my command.

Today (20.02.2024) for the whole day Siri is not responding on any device (3x HomePod-mini, Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, MacOS). For everything it spins for a while and says "Something went wrong", "Taking too long" etc. Siri can't communicate with Apple servers at all while Apple Music from any device (including HomePod-minis) works just fine. Restarting the AP/switch/router doesn't fix it. I'm based in EU if it matters.
