After transferring my chats to my new iPhone 15 Pro Max, my WhatsApp chats are deleting automatically randomly.
All my new chats are disappearing automatically.
I have re-installed WhatsApp, checked disappearing messages - even that is off, WhatsApp application is updated, BUT it is still happening.
I could not find any other info on this matter.
I have important chat history.
Can anyone please explain & give me a solution.

Same issue with me also. I recently bought iPhone 15 Plus. And whole chat got deleted only for few people. I was keeping disappearing message off then also it got deleted.

You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.
