Unable to move shared notes into a folder

Hello! I have recently started using shared notes. I also just created a new shared folder. I have moved 8 notes into the shared folder. I am trying to move another 10 notes into the shared folder and it is doing nothing.

1) I don't receive the warning "Are you sure you want to move these shared notes?"

2) It doesn't look like it is "thinking" and

3) the note doesn't get moved into the folder.

I have quit and reopened Notes. I have rebooted my laptop. I am still not able to move any more notes into the shared folder. Any ideas?
