The notes are in icloud and all devices are fully up to date. Share option just not appearing in Notes on iPhone, iPad, iMac. They are not locked. I can even select notes from the shared folder... notes that have already been shared... and the option is not there either. Only options in the more (3 dots) section are Find in Note, Move Note, Lines & Grids, Delete and Customize Toolbar.

Sign into iCloud and share with Apple accounts
Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all your devices. iCloud allows you to store, share, and collaborate on notes across devices.
To share a note using email, send the sharing invite to your contact's Apple account. To share a note using Messages, make sure your contact can receive iMessages. Some Notes collaboration features won't work unless both users are logged into iCloud.
Make sure everyone has enough storage
You need enough storage available in iCloud and on your device to collaborate on notes. You can make space or upgrade to iCloud+ for more storage.
Make sure the person you're trying to share with also has enough storage available. You might not see changes that were made to shared notes if there's not enough storage on your device or in your iCloud account.
