Email text disappearing

I am having same problem. Email I send on iPhone 14pro looks okay when I write it and send it on gmail, but I have had people contact me to say no text or that email makes no sense. I sent one last night. Got a weird response from recipient. When I looked in my sent file, large portions of text missing, leaving empty blank spaces in between text that did show up. The attachments went through. This has happened several times now. I played around once w an email I sent that came out like that, and the text actually was there, but hidden. I knew there was something in the blank spaces because I could select and highlight that area to copy ir delete or whatever. Was able to see the text by highlighting it. Otherwise, not visible. To me or recipient. I conduct business w this phone, and two times this happened involved emails directly relating to my business. Need an answer please.

This is happening to me too. I thought it was tied to predictive texting, but I've turned that off and it's still happening. I sent an email and cc'd myself. It showed up in my inbox completely blank. Also, I'll be typing an email and 1/3 of a sentence will just disappear. Sometimes, if I hit return, it will show up again. Other times it simply stays gone. This is so frustrating - I'm ready to tear my hair out over it all!
