When I text in the group chat, other users see I “removed the group photo”
When others text, I see “the group photo was added” (or “changed”)
To my knowledge, the photo never actually changes/is removed. It’s just a super annoying alert with all our texts.
Problem exists on 17.2 and 17.3 (possibly 17.1 as well)

we are having this same problem with a group chat only she is actually removing the photo for all of us. It say she removed the photo, then I added it back, then she removed it again all without us doing anything. However the photo is actually removed for everyone but her.
