Overlapping apps on Home Screen

Home Screen has something that appears to be animated behind one of my app folders - so it makes that folder shake. How can I get rid of one of the layers?

I have this issue too and it is not just an app it’s a folder. I move the folder to another page and the “shadow” folder is still visible underneath the folder that I move into its place, even tho the folder is on another page now. I have 14 apps in that folder do I have to delete *all* of them cause that’s unacceptable, especially if the folder remains even after I move it
