The FaceTime feature on my granddaughter phone stopped working and is greyed out on the phone. Can’t accept or call out on facetime

FaceTime “video” icon Grayed out for iPhone contact My mom has an iPhone and and I'm not able to FaceTime her within the Messages app, nor am I able to from her contact card. The video icon is grayed out. I do not have any restrictions on that disables FaceTime. This is isolated to her contact only. Everything works fine for other iPhone users. Not sure what this is

If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
