FaceTime is greyed out on my iPhone 15 Pro and not in settings why?

Facetime is not in setting and I cannot use it. The icon on the Homepage is greyed out with a ? and video pic

The FaceTime setting will be removed if you have Restrictions preventing the app from being used. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps > FaceTime. If that is not on, you can switch it on and then FaceTime will appear again in Settings.
