Add eSIM option disappeared on iPhone 14 PRO

After updating to version 17, the "Add eSIM" option is no longer available in the "Cellular" function. It is also not possible to delete the current eSIM, nor does QRCode work as a means to add the eSIM.

I've already done a factory reset via iTunes and the problem continues.

Anyone else going through this situation?

Add Esim not Showing on Iphone 11 I use an iPhone 11 with model A221, When I first set it up about 6 months ago, I still found the ADD ESIM option on the cellular tab in settings, I ignored the option because I was still using a physical SIM, but now the option suddenly disappears when I want to add an ESIM. I've tried directly scanning the ESIM QR code via Camera, but when the link appeared I pressed it and nothing happened.
