Remove red (1) notification badge from System Settings

I just rebooted my MacBook from Sonoma and reinstalled Ventura, as soon as the Home Screen pops up I get the one red notification on my System Settings that the Sonoma Update is ready, which I'm not updating it too. It slowed my Mac performance tremendously. How do I get rid of the notification WITHOUT installing the Software?

Phantom Notification Badge on System Setting after upgrade to Ventura My daughter's computer has a notification badge showing in her computer's dock on the System Settings application. When you click it, it does not lead to anything that needs attention or requires action. Her computer is fully updated with all software and this only occurred immediately after Ventura was installed and booted for the first time. We've looked at virtually everything in the System Settings menu for some actionable thing to respond to and can find nothing at all. Any guidance on dealing with this would be greatly appreciated.

desactivate system notification on ventura Hello guys, I cant find how to desactivate system notification on the top right corner of the screen of my macbook. I've looked obviously in system / notification, but they're all turned off — but there's no indication of SYSTEM notification... so they keep showing up... thanks !

If unchecking all the Automatic updates settings in System Settings > General > Software Update doesn't work, downloading the Sonoma Installer without installing it should work.
