Apple maps giving wrong directions - how to give feedback?

I use Apple maps rarely because it often gives me wrong directions. It tries to take me into one way streets, wants to make me turn left when it is illegal etc. On two trips through Zürich last weeks this happened each time. Very frustrating as the result is a long detour to get back on the route.

I gave feedback on such an issue through the maps app quite a while back, but that request seems to have gone unnoticed.

It's all good that Apple thinks it knows best where we should drive, but this suggestion of illegal behaviour is simply unacceptable. Does Apple have a feedback process (with feedback to the feedback giver) that allows to keep the maps up to date (as Apple obviously are not capable of doing this by themselves).

Google seems to have a better grip on this.
