Fedex delievered an empty box and stole my iphone14promax

I ordered an iPhone about few days ago, but when fedex driver delivered my package, the box was empty. From the tracking information on fedex, it's clear that it was delivered4days late than its initial expected delivery date.


I reported this incident to both Apple and fedex.


Apple said they wouldn't give me refund or replacement. They said they would issue refund only when I send the device back to apple which I never had. I have been using Apple for 15yrs and this ridiculous experience make me feel very angry and might not be using Apple again if the problem isn’t solved.


Fedex said they have done the investigation and the the result is that they have delivered the package to the right place.


What should I do now?
