iPhone adjusting volume automatically based off background noise

Hi everyone,

My iPhone 15 Pro Max has been adjusting my volume automatically based off the background noise in my environment. It is completely reproducible, and not limited to music - I.e. streams, videos, etc. It seems it adjusts the volume to account for the noise of my surroundings. Loud noises, volume increases; quiets down, volume lowers.

Does anyone know how to turn this off? It is extremely frustrating. I have tried all the other fixes I could find in this community so far.

Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Phone Noise Cancellation = “off”

UPDATE - Sorry, recent iPhones do not offer this. It’s only for iPhone 12 and earlier.
