Adobe CC Library broken

Hi, can someone please tell me why after updating to Mac OS Ventura I constantly get a pop up telling me that my Adobe CC Library is broken and can't be fixed? I have tried to resolve the problem buy updating to 13.6.1 as requested because that apparently fixes it but it has not, Adobe and the Adobe and the community post links with fixes but they do not work either, are Ventura and Adobe just not compatible? Do I go back to an older OS system? To be honest I'm fed with the constant incompatibility issues.

If you keep the Adobe software current for the operating system that Adobe states it is supported in then you would have fewer compatibility issues. And Adobe is responsible for keeping their "supported" software compatible with evolving new versions of macOS. Apple provides them the developer tools to make that happen, just as they do all other vendors providing applications for macOS.

None of the ancient Adobe CCn (n <=6) 32-bit software is supported after macOS Mojave and has not been supported by Adobe for years — if that is the issue here.
