Adobe Application Manager is needed to resolve this problem, however it is missing or damaged. Download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager or install this product again.

Be aware that Adobe hasn't supported CS6 for a long time. I don't think their site even offers a Sierra-compatible version of the DNG Converter. So I have no idea if any proposed fixes are still viable, or if there are hidden dangers (like reinstalling CS6 and then finding that Adobe has shut off the activation servers, they way they previously shut them off for CS2).
With that caveat in mind, you may want to review the following, and ask about the problem in the Adobe Community Forums.
