Upon updating my iPhone SE 2nd generation to the 17.1.1 my FaceTime will not connect to any person in my contacts or not. It rings twice then states (whoever you tried to FaceTime) recipient unavailable. Any fixes besides buying a new phone?

I have been having the same issues for weeks. FaceTime won’t connect to anyone and won’t receive FaceTime calls. I have stood side by side and called the other phone and it won’t connect. I have reset and also made sure FaceTime is enabled. iPhone 15 Pro max 17.1.1
I am having the same issue as with everyone I know with the new update. FaceTiming is the only way I see my nephew as my sister doesn’t have social media.
