I just upgraded to the new iPhone 14 Pro, and I can no longer receive FaceTime calls from my partner. I can FaceTime them, but they cannot FaceTime me. I also don't have any issues FaceTiming any other contacts, just this one. Thoughts on how to fix?

3. In the Settings app, tap FaceTime. Turn FaceTime off and then back on.

If you have issues with Messages after you set up a new device, you can also update your Messages settings.
