Email Display Issue in Outlook 365 for Mac - I can´t view the text

I'm experiencing an issue with Outlook 365 for Mac version 16.8 where I can't view the text of certain emails I've sent.

Although the recipient received them correctly, I'm unable to see the content when I open the email. It's not a font color problem, and when I try to reply, there's no text visible. Can you please help me resolve this problem?

if it was me then I would try Contact support within Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support
