Apple Mail not showing unread emails in bold

We recommend creating a new User account and trying safe mode to see if the issue remains. Check out these links on how to perform there task.

These steps will help ensure your device is working with ease and can fix common issues like the ones you’re experiencing.

You can also try opening the Mail app in "Safe " state by quitting the app and holding Shift key when clicking the icon.

Not really an issue per se but designed IMHO

Tested in the Normal Mode and yes, Unread is not Bold

In Column View, Yes Bold

Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue  or perhaps a Feature Addition

The user can help the Software Engineers @ Apple and probably help themselves in the bargain.

Exercise your choice to communicate with Apple on this perceived oversight in their design of the Operating system.

Be proactive and constructive plus put more energy into some that can make a different rather that would is appearing above.
