Device not showing in Apple Business Manager

We are also seeing this exact same issue with o of our iPhone 12 devices. It doesn't help to scan ti in again as the history simply adds another entry with no way to rectify. In a month or two, we will be rolling out 100+ new iPhones as part of an upgrade so we really need to get this problem resolved.

I've been having this same issue off and on for the past month or so. Some devices I add via configurator show up immediately and others show up within 5 minutes or so. Others still seem to take a few hours to a day to show up. Device type doesn't seem to matter as I've had this same issue occur with 9th Gen iPads, iPhone 12's, and iPhone SE's. I did however update them all to the current version before adding via configurator if that adds any information.

Same here.

Have been trying to add two devices (iph8, iph14) all day. They do not apear in "devices", but "apple configurator" has a "2 devices" and Assignment History also shows a few entries.

A week ago i've added one device and it was instantly on the list.

I'm having the same issue with a couple of Ipads, we've been trying to enroll them using configurator 2 for the last 2 weeks, and they only show up on "Your Assignment history" but not on my devices.
