device added by configurator does not show in school manager

We have several machines that did not get connected to MDM on first boot up and now I'm trying to add them manually. They have the right specs and Configurator on IOS shows the device as added but it has not shown up in ASM. How long does it usually take for manually added devices to appear in ASM?

iPad Air 2 MDM enrollment issues with Apple Configurator Hello, I have been experiencing issues with enrolling iPad Air 2 devices into our MDM for the past few weeks. Additionally, after removing these devices, I am unable to add them back using Apple Configurator. They are running the latest available software version for this model, which is 15.8.4. Could you please let me know if Apple has discontinued support for iPad Air 2 in business solutions or MDM environments? Thank you in advance for your help. If added properly, it should be almost instant.
