Photos app is crashing when posting to Instagram

When I try to post a photo to from Photos to Instagram, the photo app locks. It just started happening this week. Anyone else having this problem?

Using 'share' to Instagram crashes the 'Photos' app After the ios 17.1 update... When I attempt to share a photo from the 'Photos' app, I select the share symbol in ‘Photos’ and select the Instagram icon, the ‘Photos’ app freezes (see pic). The only way to unfreeze the app ist to force-close. Other selections work fine.. I have deleted Instagram and re-installed and restarted the phone. This has only started happening since the ios 17 upgrade. Any ideas folks..?

Photos app keeps crashing I am trying to edit a few photos I recently took on my phone, but my app keeps crashing. It happens on different photos, both when doing the actual editing and when pasting edit settings from one photo to another. I've tried both closing/reopening the app and restarting my phone and it’s not solving it. I'm running the latest iOS update (17.1.1) and the phone is a new iPhone 15 Pro. Any help would be very appreciated since this is very annoying. Thanks

Photos app freezes when uploading to Facebook I have an iPhone 12 running iOS 15.6.1 For the last three days whenever I upload a photo to Facebook I get a black screen telling me the photo has uploaded but it freezes there. I can't swipe to delete it. The only way to unlock my phone is to shut it down and restart. I am using Photos for PC, not Mac. This has never happened before. Please tell me how to fix this. Thanks

I’m having the same problem😭 it literally freezes. I don’t know why it’s doing this?
