Right airpod not detected

My airpods are fairly new and well kept. Recently my right airpod now will not connect show its charging in the case nothing. I followed sources online and put both in the case and held the button and now since 1 airpod is not being detected in the case both airpods as a whole will not connect at all.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16
