I’ve deleted the call log, and everything, and it still shows I have 8 missed calls. I’ve looked at everything I can think of. And there’s no reason it’s still there. I just went from an iPhone 11, to a 15 pro max, that’s when it showed up.

Go to settings>Notifications>Phone>Banner style, set it to temporary, and if you don't like the badge numbers, you can toggle off Badges

Where is it showing you have missed calls?
If the missed calls are showing in the phone app, hard restart your iPhone

Hard restart didn’t take them away either….
Did you try to reset the Network settings?
No, how do you do that?
Settings>general>transfer or reset iphone>reset network settings
Network settings reset did the trick for my missed call notifications on the phone icon! I couldn’t figure out what was happening on my brand new phone!
