When I open up an email to print it on my iPhone 15 connected to my Wi-Fi. It will not print my iPhone 12 connected to my Wi-Fi works perfectly. No changes to my iPhone 15 have been made wondering why I cannot print.

I have same problem but solved it after months of investigation.
turn off private WiFi address in WiFi settings.
I have it switched on on my iPad and my wife’s iPhone SE and these both still work - as does my Mac and my old iPhone 7.
It seems to be a peculiarity of iPhone 15 - and I assume the private WiFi setting stops communication between my printer (HP envy) and my iPhone 15 on my network.
